Our Start-up / Micro business service comprises :
- An initial free consultancy session to help you identify your technology requirements
- 1 preventative maintenance session every month (on-site or remote - maximum 1 hour)
- Support available during office hours 9.00am – 5:30pm
- Support can be provided through a site visit, by remote connection to your PC or by phone
- Remote Data Backup service available to securely back-up your valuable data on-line
The service is available for organisations of no more than 2 people or those which have been established for less than 12 months.
