Effective launches new service - Data Recovery

Effective has launched a new service to recover data from failed hard disks, tapes or USB Flash devices. Initial assessment is free (unless required urgently) and actual recovery charged by the urgency with which the data is required.

Effective has just signed up two new customers for its secure RBS service. Dreamspace, a leading web design company (based in North London) and Islamic Financial Consultants (based in Bahrain) have both entrusted Effective with the back-up of their critical data for office-based and travelling staff (IFC).

Two new customers trust Effective for their IT Support
Effective has won support contracts with two new customers. MFC Global Investments (Europe) Ltd, a subsidiary of ManuLife Insurance Company, has engaged Effective as back-up to existing IT staff to provide Blackberry support and to co-ordinate an office planning project. Global Plastics Ltd has commissioned Effective to replace & support their existing LAN infrastructure
 
Effective doubles turnover and signs for new premises
To coincide with the end of another year's successful trading, Effective has expanded into additional space in a neighbouring building on the Merton Abbey Mills site to house its increasing engineering team and spares stores. Effective retains a foothold at No.8, The Coles Shop which will remain as the administrative centre for the business.

New contact number for Support calls
Effective has introduced a new contact phone number for all support calls which is 0845-838 5531. Costs to our Support are therefore now charged at the local-call rate thereby saving our customers money. Our old number (0870-747-7329) remains functional until the end of the year.
 
Carrier Pre Selection (CPS) saves you money on calls
Effective has introduced several customers to our CPS services which can dramatically reduce telephone call costs. One of our key customers reduced their call cost by around £50,000 in the first year using this service. Read how in the attachment
